As per new culture people are replacing regular Oils with olive oil and expect it to be best for health. Actually it is not for us Indians.

Rice bran, Peanut  , Sunflower and Soy oil are more suitable for Indian conditions.

Best way of consuming these oils is to use different oils at different time of the day. As each of these oil have it’s own benefits.
