Each one of us has heard fruits are good and eat lots of them through out the day.
But this is not a fact. Fructose the sugar type in fruits gets converted to triglycerides especially when eaten full stomach. So habit of having mango, melons, apple etc after lunch or dinner is actually damaging to our health.
Fruits are good for health but only when taken empty stomach as a meal itself not along with a meal . Best time is first thing in the morning or after workout
