These  are a class of water-soluble vitamins that play important roles in cell metabolism. These are 8 types and together also called B complex.

B vitamins are essential to life and wellness, especially when it comes to nervous, brain, and cardiovascular system function.

In women- B vitamins are extremely important for the pregnant women who are breastfeeding. Vitamin B will aid in the fetal brain development and will also reduce the risk of birth defects.For pregnant women, B vitamins may boost energy levels, ease nausea, and lower the risk of developing preeclampsia.

In men B vitamins contributes to increase testosterone levels , which naturally decrease along with the age. They may also help to build muscle and increase the strength. However confirmed studies for  these claims are still not there.
