Drinking water helps boost your metabolism, cleanse your body of waste and acts as an appetite suppressant. Also, drinking more water helps your body stop retaining water, leading you to drop those extra pounds of water weight.

Drink water 30 minutes before your meal as that will reduce your appetite. If you think water tastes boring, add a slice of lemon.

Hot water or cold water is better than room temperature one as it increases metabolism.

So start drinking 10 glasses per day. Keep one Ltr.  bottle filled with water handy with you to ensure that you are drinking at regular intervals
