Yes, you can eat butter but in a limited quantity.  butter is high in calories and fat, it contains a different types  of important nutrients. For example, it’s an excellent source of vitamin A, a fat-soluble vitamin needed for skin health. It also has vitamin E, which supports heart health. It acts as an antioxidant to protect your cells against damage caused by molecules called free radicals. Additionally, butter also has  very small amounts of other nutrients, including riboflavin, niacin, calcium, and phosphorus.
