The 6th meal of the day should be wholesome and should be consumed around 4 to 6 pm every day. This can either be like your breakfast.

What Not to Eat :

1.No deep fried items like pakodas or deep fried pranthas
2 No packed items
3 No butter , even low fat ones
4 No  bakery items : Muffins or Donuts or pastries or biscuits
5 No fast food- burgers/Pizza/Garlic bread
6 No Namkeen

What to Eat

Wholesome meal similar to your breakfast or half of you lunch.

You can have :

  2. Jhaalmudi
  3. Dosa
  4. Poha
  5. Dhokla
  6. Sandwitch
  7. Boiled Egg
  8. Omlette
  9. Poached egg
  10. Idlis
  11. Brazil nuts
  12. Handful of nuts
  13. Khakra
  14. Boiled egg
  15. Chicken or vegetable soup
  16. Popcorn
  17. Fruit
  18. Tandoori chicken
  19. Daliya
  20. Sprouts
  21. Dhokla
  22. Hummus with vegetables
  23. Roasted chana
  24. Dates
  25. Smoothie

When to Eat

Between 4-6 pm
